We just finished building a home with Buffum Homes. We had a FANTASTIC experience. I can't say enough good things about Josh Buffum and Bob Frye! Unlike other builders that we've dealt with (with their cookie cutter homes and pre-determined "options") Buffum was willing to work with us every step of the way. No matter what we asked, the answer was never "no". They were willing to provide us with exactly what we wanted and they were very fair with costs. We were kept informed throughout the build process. Buffum was able to build the home of our dreams AND stay within our budget. What a great team!

My wife and I had a great experience building our home with Buffum. They have a very detailed process that helped us address all of our questions along the way. The interactions we had with all the people involved in the construction of the house were very positive. Building a home is a stressful process but Buffum helped significantly reduce that pressure with a detailed plan that helped us stay on track with the decisions we had to make.
